YES! for the first time in history someone other than me wrote a cadaver
client! It's the hivemind. It harvests much better than catrats.
And if fights!
This is a client for cadaver by Erik Thiele (erikyyy at erikyyy dot de).
Home page of cadaver is at http://www.erikyyy.de/cadaver/
Hivemind's home page is (currently) at http://motti.sourceforge.net/hivemind/
This is a heuristic algorithm. It operates on two levels, both at map
level, assigning cyborgs to handle events at map locations, which need
help, and at cyborg level, to handle cyborg-level actions. The client
creates a 'village', in which it cultivates grain. When it comes
nearby an enemy cyborg, it fights, unless its health is low.
The client is written in C++ and it is IPv6-ready, designed to be
multi-threadable (altough that feature is currently disabled and needs
more work). The interface provided by hivemind is IMHO quite nice for
any other clients.
